Anhydrous dibasic sodium phosphate (Na2HP04) shall be in the form of a white powder, flakes or granules. Maximum Minimum. per cent percent 97.5 2.0 -e- 0.2

16、data sheet. The contracting activity shall be furnished a material safety data sheet (MSDS) at the time of contract award. The MSDS is DD Forn? OSHA-20 and found as part of FED-STD-313. The MSDS shall -be included with each shipment of the material covered-by this specification. 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE
17、 PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection. Unless otherwise specified in the con- tract, the contractor is responsible or the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein. Except as otherwise specified in the contract, ,the contractor may use his own or any other facilities sui
18、table for the perform- ance of the inspection requirements specified herein, unless diiapproved by the Government. The Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such inspections are deemed necssary to assure supplies and services conform to
19、prescribed requirements. c- 4.2 Quality conformance inspection. 4.2.1 - Lot. A lot shall consist of material from the same batch or blending operation. If a continuous process is used, a lot shall consist of all material. subjected to the same processing operations with no change in operating condi-
20、 tions for 1 day. 4.3 Sampling for tests. At least three specimens shall be selected for sampling in accordance with inspection level S-2.of MIL-STD-105. Both !ot size and sample number shall be expressed as number of drums or cans. specimen shall be kept separate and tested separately as specified
21、in 4;. Each 0.5-pound sample shall be placed in an airtight container, which shall be almost completely filled by the sample. Each container shall then be sealed, marked, and accurately weighed. The weight and date of sampling shall be recorded on each container, and containers shall be forwarded to

23、be selected from each lot in accordance with MIL-STD-105 at inspection ievel I. -An acceptable quality level (AQL) of 1.5 percent defective shall be used to verify compliance with all stipulations of this specification regarding fill, cfosure, markzng and other requirements not involving tests. Cont
24、ainers shall be examined for defects of the container and the closur, for evidence of leakage, and for unsatisfactory markings. Each sample filled container shall also be weighed to determine the amount of the contents. .Any container in the sample having one or more defects or under required fill s
25、hall be rejected. the number of defective containers in any sample exceeds the acceptance number f represented by the sample shall be rejected. 26、rs shall be per- formed on only one-third of the specimens; all other tests shall be made on each specimen to provide iif ormation on variability. 4.5.2 pH value. The pH value of a one percent solution in boiled distilled water in accordance with type III of ASTM D 1193 shall be determined (the wate
27、r having a pH value between 6.0 and 7.0) by electrometric means at 25 degrees Celsius (OC) using a glass/reference electrode system. 4.5.3 Composition. 4.5.3.1 Disodium phosphate. The test shall be conducted as specified 1 in 4.5.3.1.1 except that in case of dispute the referee test.as specified in
28、4.5.3.1.2 shall be used. 4.5.3.1.1 Composition test. A 2.5 + 0.001 gram sample shall be transferred to a 400 milliliter (IL) beaker. Dissolve in 100 mL of distilled water. carload or truckload, in packages. Carload weight 40,000 pounds. Truckload weight 40,000 pounds. Less carload or less truckload,
