4、助听器电声特性测量方法给出了气导助听器的试验方法。
通常使用的大多数助听器是属于这种型式的，但少数是用骨振器代替耳机。
使用骨振器的助听的输出测量方法与气导助听器不同，而且直接用声增益测量放大量也是不切合实际的.对于气导助听器，放大量表示用某种规寇的方法测得的声祸合腔内或耳模拟器内输出声压级和输入声压级之差。
而骨导助听器，其输入是用声压级表示的，输出是用机械振动测得的交变力或力级表示。
本标准规远了把输入/输出之比表示为声一力灵敏度级的方法，i支声一力灵敏度级是在符合IEC373标准(第2版)测量骨振器用的机械糯合器规定的机械糯合器上测得的。
根据本标准所提供的情况，带有骨振器输出的助听器性能可用与IEC118一0号标准所述气导助听器的输出相类似的方法测量。
但该骨振器并不是如体戴助昕器那样，形成助的集成部分。
当骨振器形成助听器的集成部分，或用某种方法将骨振器固定在助昕器上(例如头戴或骨导助听器)时，则由于大尺寸的机械糯合器必须与眼镜架结合在一起，因此，不能用与体相同的方法测量其性能。
本标准规定了一种控制助听器传声器输入声压级的声压法.IEC 373号标准(第二版)叙述。
