Conformance inspection (see 4.3). 4.2 First article inspection. The first article, submitted in accordan

40、ce with 3.1, shall be inspected as specified in 4.3 through 4.7 for compliance with design, construction, workmanship and dimensional requirements. 4.3 Conformance inspection. Sampling for inspection shall be performed as specified in ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 - Sampling Procedures and Tables for Inspection of

41、Attributes unless otherwise specified in the contract or order. 4.3.1 Component and material inspection. In accordance with 4.1 above, components and materials shall be inspected in accordance with all the requirements of referenced specifications, drawings, and standards unless otherwise excluded,

42、amended, modified, or qualified in this specification or applicable procurement documents. 4.4 Responsibility of compliance. All items shall meet all requirements of Sections 3 and 4. The inspection set forth in this specification shall become a part of the contractors overall inspection system or q

43、uality program. The absence of any inspection requirements in the specification shall not relieve the contractor of the responsibility of ensuring that all products or supplies, submitted to the Government for acceptance, comply with all requirements of the contract. Sampling in quality conformance

A continuous defect shall be counted as one defect for each warpwise yard or fraction thereof in which it occurs.

48、 The lot size shall be expressed in yards. The sample unit shall be 1 linear yard. The sample size shall be in accordance with inspection level III in ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, Table I: Sample size code letters. The Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL), expressed in terms of defects per hundred units, shall be 1.5 f
