These complimentary interests ensured each party maintained their commitments and mutual support.Lesson(s) Learned: It was extremely beneficial to have the Program responsibilities and financial commitments clearly defined such that they would be shared

Sharing the “cost“ of success or failure brought out the best in people and their organizations and kept them motivated.Recommendation(s): Contractual arrangements that place an equal amount of responsibility and accountability on the Contactor should be consid
