3、yload. Scaffolding is built up in accordance with OSHA but does not take into consideration human factors criteria including anthropometric data for work access (height) and reach. The results are awkward postures and the high potential for back injury.Lesson(s) Learned: Scaffolding build up should
4、require a human factors review in addition to safety to ensure personnel can safely perform the task.Recommendation(s): Scaffolding needs to be re-configured per task/operation to allow for worker anthropometrics including reach and accessibility.
