Description of Driving Event: Employees were removing items from a building under renovation. There were five cylinders (2 CO2 & 3 Halon
3、1301) outside on the wooden back porch. One of the cylinders containing pressurized Halon 1301 discharged and hit the employee on the left leg, causing skin damage and a broken femur bone.
