6、RDThe purpose of this document is to provide quality assurance guidelines and a means of recording the results of audits. These audits will promote corrective actions when required so that deicing/anti-icing of aircraft on the ground is accomplished in acceptance with the operators approved program

7、and to verify its effectiveness relative to ARP5149 and ARP4737. To verify the effectiveness of deicing/anti-icing of Aircraft on the Ground, the Quality Program should include both auditing and inspection processes and procedures. Auditing is the measurement of a Program for deicing/anti-icing of A

The inspection process validates the components of a Ground Deicing/Anti-icing Program and can be utilized by e.g. airline operators, regulators, and other deicing operation stakeholders. It is recommended that the audit is performed by an au
