The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO technical comm
23、ittees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been established has the right to be represented on that committee. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition (ISO 10286:1996), of which particularly the annexes have bee
27、n technically revised. They are essentially brought into coherence with the corresponding terms in the 14th edition of the UN recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods (2005)1). The terminology has been slightly revised and extended with a number of terms connected to composite cylinders.
