The voltage is to be applied at a uniform rate

In addition, the average breakdown value for all 13conditioned samples shall be no less than one-half the value of the as-received
40、samples.For example, when the as-received samples had a breakdown of 15 000 volts, then theconditioned samples shall not have a breakdown less than 7 500 volts.13.101DV.4 The samples to be subjected to 18 days of oven temperature are to besuspended vertically in an air-circulating oven.
