30、 RECOMMENDED PRACTICES FOR SEISMIC QUALIFICATION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT OF THE SAFETY SYSTEM FOR NUCLEAR GENERATING STATIONS FOREWORD 1) The formal decisions or agreements of the IEC on technical matters, prepared by Technical Committees on which all the National Committees having a special interes

31、t therein are represented, express, as nearly as possible, an international consensus of opinion on the subjects dealt with. They have the form of recommendations for international use and they are accepted by the National Committees in that sense. 2) 3) In order to promote international unification

32、, the IEC expresses the wish that all National Committees should adopt the text of the IEC recommendation for their national rules in so far as national conditions will permit. Any divergence between the IEC recommendation and the corresponding national rules should, as far as possible, be clearly i

36、utiliss dans les centrales lectronuclaires, y compris les composants ou les matriels faisant partie de toute interface dont la dfaillance pourrait affecter dfavorablement les performances du systme de sret. Cette norme prsente les mthodes acceptables de qualification sismique et les exigences permet

37、tant de dmontrer que le matriel lectrique et de contrle-commande peuvent remplir leur fonction de sret pendant et aprs un sisme. Puisque la qualification sismique nest quune partie de la qualification du matriel, cette norme doit tre utilise conjointement avec la CE1 780. 2 Dfinitions En complment a

40、 sret se limite lintgrit de la structure et ne ncessite pas de changement dtat. 2.5 Mauvais fonctionnement Perte de laptitude dun matriel accomplir ou maintenir une fonction requise ou initiation dune action parasite intempestive entranant des consquences nfastes. 42、nt) et de ses fixations et supports (voir figure 1). 980 0 IEC 1989 -7- RECOMMENDED PRACTICES FOR SEISMIC QUALIFICATION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT OF THE SAFETY SYSTEM FOR NUCLEAR GENERATING STATIONS 1 Scope and object This standard is applicable to electrical equipment and the instrumentation and cont

43、rol equipment (I & C) of the safety system that is used in nuclear power generating stations including components or equipment of any interface whose failure could adversely affect the performance of the safety system. This standard presents acceptable seismic qualification methods and requirements

44、to demonstrate that electrical and I & C equipment can perform their safety-related functions during and after an earthquake. As seismic qualification is only a part of equipment qualification, this standard shall be used in conjunction with IEC 780. 2 Definitions In addition to definitions containe

45、d in IEC 780, the following definitions establish the meanings of words in the context of their use in this standard. In general, this standard is based on IAEA terminology. 2.1 Device An item of electrical equipment that is used in connection with, or as an auxiliary to, other items of electrical e

46、quipment. 2.2 Assembly Two or more devices including a common mounting or supporting structure. 2.3 Active equipment Item for which the safety-related function is required to be performed by means of a mechanical motion or change of state. 2.4 Passive equipment Item whose safety-related function is

47、the maintenance of structural integrity and for which a change of state is not required. 2.5 Malfunction The loss of capability of the equipment to initiate or sustain a required function, or the initiation of undesired spurious action which might result in adverse consequences. Functional acceptanc
