、fork arms or the attachment on the truck, the operators visibility can be insufficient for safe operation. As part of the operational assessment for the truck the user may specify the operators visibility requirements for operating with a laden truck under the user specific circumstances. In addition

、 to user specific circumstances, the following estimations can assist the user to determine when driving in the forward direction with a laden truck that the visibility is sufficient, in case of doubt the operator may drive backwards. The manufacturer may provide a statement that the user may analyse

、 all risks associated to reduced visibility and balance the actions between the different hazards which can include: the insufficient visibility, caused by the load dimensions;and the potential adverse effects on the operator (rotation and/or sideway bending of the body).NOTE Driving backwards with

、industrial trucks normally requires a rotated operators body position, which isnt ergonomic over a long period of time. For less potential adverse effects on the operator, the manufacturer may offer several options, e.g.: comfort seats with air suspension; seats with arm rest; rotatable operators sea

、t and/or operating position; special-designed trucks, e.g. for beverage industry.Otherwise, the user may optimize the logistic process to minimize any potential hazards by, e.g.: correct adjustment of the seat to the operators mass; splitting of loads with large dimensions; optimizing of transport r
