2、自治区果蔬标准化技术委员会(SAM/TC 25)归口。本文件起草单位:赤峰市农牧科学研究所、内蒙古自治区农牧业科学院、宁城县农牧局。本文件主要起草人:李杰、王秀芝、孟令强、白红梅、曲宝茹、张晓梅、崔聪聪、薛国萍、杜金伟、刘汉宇、王立冬、杨素荣、宋庆成、周艳芳、董喆、姚宇涵、孙军玲、唐雨。DB15/T 32052023 1 设施蔬菜栽培中玉米秸秆腐熟还田技术规程 1 范围 本文件规定了设施栽培玉米秸秆腐熟还田技术的腐熟场地、材料准备、配方比例、秸秆腐熟、还田等技术内容。本文件适用于设施蔬菜种植区。2 规范性引用文件 下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引

3、用文件,仅该日期对应的版本适用于本文件;不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。GB/T 2440 尿素 GB 20287 农用微生物菌剂 GB/T 35885 红糖 3 术语和定义 本文件没有需要界定的术语和定义。4 腐熟场地 选择距离居住房屋 500 m 以外,地势平坦开阔、通风向阳、水源便利、交通方便的地方。5 材料准备 秸秆 玉米秸秆用量 500/667,粉碎成 2 cm10 cm 的小段,长度超过 5 cm 所占比例小于 10%。辅料 准备秸秆腐熟菌剂、尿素、红糖,秸秆腐熟菌剂符合 GB 20287 要求,尿素符合 GB/T 2440 要求,红糖符合 GB/T

4、 35885 要求。6 配方比例 秸秆腐熟菌剂尿素红糖=500 2 L2 2。7 秸秆腐熟 DB15/T 32052023 2 配制腐熟液 先将红糖、尿素用25 水充分溶解,然后将秸秆腐熟剂混入,搅拌均匀配制成母液,倒入200 300 的水中稀释成腐熟液。堆置腐熟 秸秆平摊在地面上,高度不超过60 cm,均匀喷水,翻动,秸秆含水量达到60%65%时,再均匀喷施腐熟液。堆成下宽3 m,上宽2 m,高2 m的梯形堆,长度根据秸秆总量顺序延长,用塑料膜严密覆盖进行腐熟。腐熟温度 在腐熟堆底、中、顶层均插放温度计,当底部温度达到45 时开始翻堆,当底部温度达到55 60 再次翻堆,翻堆后及时修复堆形,盖好继续腐熟,全程翻堆23次。腐熟程度 秸秆变成黑褐色,呈现疏松状态,上面布满白色菌丝,无氨气、酒精味道,手攥不出水且不沾手,腐熟结束。8 还田 将腐熟的玉米秸秆撒施地表,旋耕 2 次,与土壤均匀混合。
