Scope1.1 This guide provides recommendations for the selectionof appropriate test methods for prefabric

3、ated bituminous sheetused in geomembrane applications to provide consistency indata reporting.1.2 This guide includes test methods for all types ofprefabricated bituminous geomembranes (PBGMs).1.3 This guide is intended to aid all personnel involved inthe selection, manufacture, or evaluation of pre

4、fabricatedbituminous geomembranes. Field-related evaluation ofPBGMs, including but not limited to seam testing, is beyondthe scope of this guide.1.4 This standard does not purport to address all of thesafety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is theresponsibility of the user of this stand

Significance and Use4.1 To pro

21、perly evaluate PBGMs, tests must be performedaccording to specific test methods and procedures. Failure tofollow this practice can result in data not representative of thematerials characteristics and performance.5.
