It

17、describes the protocols used by the CBR AAL to sup-port the transfer of unstructured data (i.e., bits) and structured data (i.e., blocks of oc-tets). It addresses the services provided and expected by the CBR AAL, the functionsperformed by the CBR AAL, the interactions of the CBR AAL with the Manage

18、mentPlane, the format and encoding of the CBR AAL protocol data units, CBR AAL opera-tions, and a tutorial of CBR AAL processes and procedures.The current revision of this standard was made to indicate that the American NationalStandard for ATM Adaptation Layer for Constant Bit Rate Services Functio

19、nality andSpecification shall be ITU-T (formerly CCITT) I.363.1, 1996.T1S1.7 will continue to further develop and complete standards in areas where thereare unresolved issues and develop additional standards on B-ISDN in the future.Suggestions for improvement of this standard will be welcomed. 30、CBR AAL when theAAL-user data transferred by the AAL is not organized into data blocks.3.25 virtual channel connection (VCC): A concatenation of VCLs that extends between the points wherethe ATM service users access the ATM Layer. The points at which the ATM cell payload is passed to, or re-ceived f

31、rom, the user of the ATM Layer (i.e. a higher layer or ATM Manamegent entity) for processing, signi-fying the endpoints of a VCC.
