24、fied CPNs. Calls from CPNs not on the SCA screening list and calls without a CPN shall be given call refusal treatment while SCA is active. The SCA screening list is a set of CPNs that shall be permitted to terminate to the called subscriber. The Originating Switch provides the Calling Party Number
25、(CPN). A subscriber may select a diversion number termination address when the subscriber registers the SCA. SCA does not impact a subscribers ability to originate calls. Applicability to Telecommunications Services SCA is applicable to voice telecommunication services. 1.1 Normal Procedures with Su

Diversion number registration associates the subscriber with the termination address as a diversion number or with a particular voice mailbox on a voice message system. Voice mailbox passwords are registered separately with the voice message system. The system should

Invocation When SCA is active, SCA is invoked for incoming calls, including calls arriving through the Roamer Port. Normal Operation with Success

If there is a match, the call is allowed to proceed through call termination treatment as applicable for other subscribed features. If there is not a match or the CPN is not available, the call i

Incoming calls refused by SCA screening shall be treated independent of the subscribers status (“idle” or “busy”). If an SCA diversion number is registered, the call shall be diverted
