Page 1 , paragraph 2.1, under listing of Federal Specifications, delete “V-T-295-Thread, Nylon,” and add “PPP-B-601-Boxes, Wood, Cleated-Plywood.” Under listing of Military Specifications, delete listing- in its entirety and add “MIL 610547 Liners, Case and Sheet, Overwrap ; Water-Vaporpr
3、oof or Waterproof, FIexible.” Under listing of Federal Standards, delete “FED. STD. NO. 7514titches, Seams and Stitchings.” Page 8, add the following new paragraph: “4.3.2 In-process inspection. Inspection shall be made at appropriate stages of fabrica- tion to determine conformance to the requireme

The Government reserves the right to exclude from consideration for acceptance any material(s) for which in-process inspection has indicated non-conformance.” Page 6, paragraph 5.1.2, first sentence. After “against,” insert “deterioration and physical.” Paragraph 5.2.1, de
5、lete in entirety and substitute : “5.2.1 Level A. Seven hundred and fifty drogues, packaged as specified in 5.1, shall be packed in a fiberboard shipping container conforming to style RSC-L, V2s of PPP- B-636. The inside of each fiberboard shipping container shall be fitted with a taped liner confor
6、ming to grade V3c of PPP-B-636. Alternatively, shipping containers shall conform to overseas type, style A, type 2 load of PPP-B-601. Level A packages shall be packed flat, three in length, five in width, and five in depth within a shipping container. Inside dimensions of each shipping container sha
7、ll approximate 25y2 inches in length, 22y2 inches in width and 18y4 inches in depth. Approximate dimensions are furnished as a guide only. Each container shall have the contents completely covered on the top and bottom with a sheet of 30 pound minimum basis weight kraft paper conforming to grade B o
