Certification must be furnished by the molder for each lot of bands certifying that the plastic used in molding complies with the requirements of 3.1. 3.2 Molded parts. Obtu
16、rators shall comply with the applicable requirements specified on drawing 1 2953573 and shall be produced by the injection molding process. 3.3 Translucency. Molded parts shall be sufficiently translucent to inspect for voids. 3.4 Physical property of molded parts. Material used to produce obturator

Inspection lots shall comply with the lot. formation provisions of MIL-A-48078 and t-he following as applicable. 4.4.3.1 Obturator lot A lot. shall consist of obturators produced by one manufacturer in one unchanged process, in accordance with %he same drawing, same drawing revisions, same spe

Each inspect-ion lot. shall contain: bands manufact-ured from one lot- of resin and molded in one mold on one machine. 4.4.2 Examinati on and t-est-s. a. Classification of characteristics.
