8、ce construction. 2 Principle of the method Submission of tubes immersed in water or other suitable liquid to a specified internal air pressure during a specified period. 3 Apparatus Test bench capable of the specified pressure with appropriate tolerances. 4 Test conditions 4.1 Tubes in aluminium all
9、oys pressure : 1725 kPa period : 2 5 s Tubes in other metallic materials 4.2 pressure : see material standard period : 2 30 s 5 Procedure - Submission of the immersed tube to the specified internal air pressure during the specified period. - Visual examination so as to detect presence of bubbles in
