Workmanship, Finish, and Appearance9.1 The material shall be uniform in quality and tempe
41、r,smooth, commercially straight or flat, and free of injuriousimperfections.9.2 Sheet, Strip, and PlateSheet, strip, and plate suppliedin the conditions and finishes as listed in the appendix may beground or machined to remove surface imperfections, providedsuch removal does not reduce the material
