Keep the pivots inproper adjustment so that the clips swing freely on the pivotswithout binding the stirrups. Carefully center the briquets inthe clips and apply the load continuously at the rate of 0.05 in.(1.27 mm)/min.12.6 Tests and RetestsTest six briquets and report theaverage of the test results.
