Scope*1.1 This specification covers isobutyl alcohol for use inpaint, varnish, lacquer,

3、and related products.1.2 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded asstandard. No other units of measurement are included in thisstandard.1.3 The following applies to all specified limits in thisstandard; for purposes of determining conformance with thisstandard, an observed value or a calcul

However, it is not known whether isobutyl alcohol was part of thesample set included in the interlaboratory study.BShall distill entirely within a 2C

11、range which shall include 107.9C.CThis quantitative water limit ensures that the material is miscible withoutturbidity with 19 volumes of 99 % heptane at 20C.DEquivalent to 0.028 mg of KOH per gram of sample.4.
