Materials and Manufacture3.1 Coal tar roof cement shall consist of a processed coal tarbase, volatile solvents, and mineral fillers including asbestosfibers, mixed to a smooth, uniform consistency suitable fortrowel application.4. Performance Requirements5.1 UniformityA thoroughly stirred sample shall show noseparation of solvent or settling that cannot be overcome bymoderate stirring after standing for 72 h at room temperature ina closed container.5.2 WorkabilityTh
