11、s and Manufacture4.1 The base asphalt shall be prepared from lightly oxidizedpetroleum asphalt.4.2 The wax-modified asphalt shall incorporate one or morehigh melt-point synthetic waxes in order to meet the require-ments of this specification.5. Incase of rejection, the seller shall have the right to re-inspect therejected material and resubmit the lot after removal of t

Packaging and Package Marking9.1 The asphalt product shall be suitably packaged (if notshipped in bulk) to permit acceptance by the carrier and toafford adequate protection from the normal hazards of handlingand shipment.9.2 Each container or bill o
