8、m (116 in.)4.1.5.2 Maximum: as specified4.1.6 Edge Trueness: When measured with a straight edge,edges shall not deviate more that 0.8 mm (132 in.) in 305 mm(12 in.)4.1.7 Face Flatness: When measured across the face with astraight edge, the maximum deviation for the straight edgeshall not exceed more
9、 than 0.8 mm (132 in.)4.1.8 Squareness: When measured on the large flat facefrom one corner to the opposing corner, the dimensionalvariations shall not exceed more than 0.8 mm (132 in.) in 305mm (12 in.).4.1.9 Aging. Prior to cutting into individual boards, theinsulation billet shall remain in one o
10、f the following states:4.1.9.1 For a minimum of 6 week at ambient temperaturesand humidity conditions of the storage locations.4.1.9.2 For a minimum of five (5) days at a constanttemperature of 60C (140F).4.1.9.3 For a minimum of 12 days at the existing tempera-ture and humidity conditions of the st
11、orage location whenthermal insulation boards are manufactured using low pentaneEPS resin ( 4.5 % pentane) and vacuum molding technology.4.1.9.4 For a minimum of 18 days at existing temperatureand humidity conditions of the storage location when thermalinsulation boards are manufactured using full pe
12、ntane resin(nominal 6 % pentane) and using vacuum molding technology.4.1.10 Inspection and Quality Assurance: The thermal in-sulation boards shall be produced under the EIFS producersquality assurance program, which shall meet the requirementsof the applicable local building regulations and the requ
13、ire-ments of the EIFS producer in whose system the insulation isto be used.5. Workmanship, Finish and Appearance5.1 Crushing and DepressionInsulation boards shall haveno crushed or depressed areas on any surface exceeding 1.6mm (116 in.) in depth on no more the 5 % of the surface area.1This specific

Product marking, pack
17、aging, and package marking6.1 Each board shall be marked with the insulation produc-ers name and the name of the EIFS producer with which thebards will be used, as follows:6.1.1 Marking of individual boards:6.1.1.1 Each board shall be marked on at least one edge, and6.1.1.2 One board in each package
18、 shall be marked on bothfaces.6.1.2 Packaging:6.1.2.1 Insulation boards shall be packaged in plastic bags.6.1.2.2 Alternate methods of packaging shall be submittedto the EIFS manufacturer and approved prior to use.6.1.3 Package Marking:6.1.3.1 The insulation producer shall mark the lot numberon each
