Procedure5.1 Upon completion of receiving, th
8、e property custodianshall sign and date the movement document. The propertycustodian shall forward a hardcopy or electronic equivalent ofthe signed movement document to the originator or PropertyManagement, or both, or as directed by the instructions on themovement document as promptly as possible.5
9、.2 Property Management will promptly update the propertycontrol system for location change and date received uponreceipt notification.6.
