1、员工考勤管理制度第一条 为加强公司人力资源的开发和管理,保证公司各项政策措施的执行,特制定本规定。第二条 本规定适合于公司全体员工(各企业自定的考勤管理规定须由总公司规范化管理委员会审核签发) 。第三条 员工正常工作时间为上午 8 时 30 分至 10 时,下午 1时 30 分至 5 时,每周六下午不上班;因季节变化需调整工作时间时由总裁办公室另行通知。第四条 公司职工一律实行上下班打卡登记制度。第五条 所有员工上下班均须亲自打卡,任何人不得代理他人或由他人代理打卡;违犯此条规定者,代理人和被代理人均给予记过一次的处分。第六条 公司每天安排人员一到两名监督员工上下班打卡,并负责将员工出勤情况报

2、告值班领导,由值班领导报至劳资部,劳资部据此核发全勤奖金及填报员工考核表。第七条 所有人员须先到公司打卡报到后,方能外出办理各项业务。特殊情况须经主管领导签卡批准;不办理批准手续者,按迟到或旷工处理。第八条 上班时间开始后 5 分钟至 30 分钟内到班者,按迟到论处;超过 30 分钟以上者,按旷工半日论处;提前 30 分钟以内下班者按早退论处,超过 30 分钟者按旷工半天论处。第九条 员工外出办理业务前须向本部门负责人(或其授权人)申明外出原因及返回公司时间,否则按外出办私事处理。第十条 上班时间外出办私事者,一经发现,即扣除当月全勤奖,并给予警告一次的处分。第十一条 员工一个月内迟到、早退累

3、计达 3 次者扣发全勤奖50%,达 5 次者扣发 100%全勤奖,并给予一次警告处分。第十二条 员工无故旷工半日者,应扣发当月全勤奖,并给予一次警告处分;每月累计 3 天旷工者,扣除当月工资,并给予记过一次处分;无故旷工达一个星期以上者,给予除名处理。第十三条 职工因公出差,须事先填写出差登记表;副经理以下人员由部门经理批准,各部门经理出差由主管领导批准,高层管理人员出差须报经总裁或董事长批准,工作紧急无法向总裁或董事长请假时,须在董事长秘书室备案,到达出差地后应及时与公司取得联系。出差人应于出差前先办理出差登记手续并交至劳动工资部备案。凡过期或未填写出差登记表者不补发全勤奖,不予报销出差费用;特殊情况须报总经理审批。第十四条 当月全勤者,获得全勤奖金 200 元。
