收受礼品申报规定第一章 申报规定第一条 公司员工到对方单位或个人所给予的金钱、具有金钱价值的物品或消费品,必须以书面形式及时办理申报手续。第二条 对于对方所给予的高档消费,必须事先办理申报手续,如因时间限制等原因来不及理,则必须事先以电话等方式向公司总经理汇报并征得同意,事后补办申报手续。第三条 个人所收到的礼品申报后原则由公司批归个人,如金额在 1000 元以上,由公司根据不同比例,部分批归个人。第二章 有关注意事项第四条 所收到的金钱或实物出于同一项事宜和同一对方的以一笔计,不得化整为零。第五条 由二人以上共同收到的,以一笔计,不分开计算。第六条 本规定所称收到的金钱或实物系指对方给予员工个人的部分,对方给予本公司单位的,全额由公司所有和处理。第七条 公司员工的上述收受行为,不得以损害公司利益为前提。第三章 责任第八条 公司员工违反本规定的,不报、瞒报或损害公司利益的,其所得为非法秘得全额予以没收。第九条 公司员工的行为触犯国家法律的,交有关部门处理。第四章 附则第十条 公司办公室为本规定的具体实施和监督部门。第十一条 本规定的解释权归公司总经理。
