26、inforced surface/non-woven fibreglass reinforced core copper-clad laminated sheet, of defined flammability, in thicknesses of 0,80 mm to 1,60 mm. Some property requirements may have several classes of performance. The class desired must be specified on the purchase order, otherwise the default class

31、oven fibreglass reinforced core. Its flame resistance is defined in terms of the flammability requirements of 7.3. 36、be substantially free from defects that may have an impact on the materials fitness for use for the intended purpose. 37、02:CEI 6 6.1.1 Indentations (pits and dents) The size of an indentation, usually the length, shall be determined and given a point value to be used as measure of the quality. 39、rwise specified. 6.1.2 Wrinkles There shall be no wrinkles in the copper surface. 6.1.3 Scratches Scratches deeper than 20 % of the nominal thickness of the foil are not permitted. For a thick foil, the maximum scratch depth shall not exceed 10 m. Scratches with a depth less than 5 % of the nominal
40、thickness of the foil shall not be counted unless this depth is 10 m or more. Scratches with a depth between 5 % and 20 % of the nominal thickness of the foil are permitted to a total length of 100 mm for a 300 mm 300 mm area. 6.1.4 Raised areas Raised areas are usually impressions in the press plat
41、es used during manufacture but may also be caused by blisters or inclusions of foreign particles under the foil. Raised areas caused by blisters or inclusions are not permitted. Raised areas that are impressions of defects in press plates are permitted to the following extent: Class A and X material
42、: maximum height 15 m and maximum length 15 mm Class B and C material: maximum height 8 m and maximum length 15 mm Class D material: maximum height 5 m and maximum length 15 mm Page6 EN6124924:2002 BSI8May2002-94216-24 1002:CEI 7 Class A performance shall be in effect unless otherwise noted on the p
43、urchase order. 6.1.5 Surface waviness No requirement. 6.2 Appearance of the unclad face The unclad face of single-side clad sheet shall have the natural appearance resulting from the curing process. Small irregularities in colour are permitted. The gloss of the unclad face shall be that given by the
44、 press plate or release foil used. Variations of gloss due to the impact of pressure of gases released during the curing are permitted. 6.3 Laminate thickness The laminate thickness may be ordered to include or exclude the copper foil contribution as specified in the purchase order. If the copper-cl
45、ad laminate is tested in accordance with test method 2D01 of IEC 61189-2, the thickness shall not depart from the nominal thickness by more than the appropriate value shown in table 2. 47、 of the trimmed master sheet or the outer 13 mm of the cut-to-size panel as manufactured and delivered by the supplier. At no point shall the thickness vary from the nominal value by a value greater than 125 % of the specified tolerance. 6.4 Bow and twist When the copper-clad laminate is tested in a
48、ccordance with test method 2M01 of IEC 61189-2, the bow and twist shall be as agreed upon between purchaser and supplier. 6.5 Properties related to the copper foil bond Pull-off and peel strength requirements are shown in table 3. These requirements apply to copper foil with a normal profile depth.
