5、ment submitted for RF testing in accordance with I-ETS 300 131 intended for CT2 Common Air Interface cordless telephone apparatus in the frequency band 864,l MHz to 868,l MHz. This application form covers RF testing according to clauses 4 and 9 of I-ETS 300 131. Conformance to the telephony requirem
6、ents and the signalling protocols of I-ETS 300 131 is not covered except to the extent that a radio link between the equipment under test and the reference test equipment is necessary to perform some of the tests. The application form shall be completed by the applicant and submitted to a test labor
7、atory accredited in accordance with EN45001 and EN45002 or IS0 guide 25 and 38 or a national standard conforming to EN45001 and EN45002 or IS0 guide 25 and 38. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING NOTES: Note (a): More than one item of equipment may be required to be submitted for type testing where an equipme
8、nt needs to be modified to provide connections to facilitate testing, i.e. measurements requiring direct connections to be made, for example, to access the RF input/output in equipment with integral antennas only. In such cases a second un-modified equipment may be required for radiated i.e. case or
9、 cabinet radiation or ERP (effective radiated power) measurements to be performed. Full details of modifications shall be provided. Note (b): ACCESSORIES It is the applicants responsibility when submitting equipment(s) to the test laboratory to provide appropriate connectors to facilitate the connec
10、tion of test equipment by the test laboratory to the equipment under test (E.U.T.). This should enable : a) access to the equipment RF power output (transmitter) and RF input (receiver) ; b) means of connecting the equipment to an external power supply; c) optional - access to a 500 Hz burst mode co
