24、 National requirements and advisory notes Note. Various items do not relate to terminal specification directly, but clarify what behaviour terminals or terminal-users may expect from the CF. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. O 7. 8. 9. - Paragraph I .I SlT.390 (SF) The following limitations apply to the link layer:
25、 - The information field of FRMR is not filled. - Reset with SABM in the information phase or after sendinglreceiving of FRMR is not implemented. - Check pointing timer T1 = 3 s. The following limitations apply to the transport layer: - Maximum length of a transport block is 128 bytes. - Paragraph I
26、 .I SIT.390 (UK) The CF will require a calling PSTN based teletex terminal to identify itself via the calling address field of the Call Request packet. This is to identify a PSTN-based terminal for charging purposes. The calling terminal address shall be coded as an NUI. The format of the NUI shall
27、be up to 14 binary coded decimal digits and will be supplied by BT. - Paragraph 1.21T.390 (OK) When calling the Danish CF the Teletex terminal shall use the abbreviated address “.O1 + ”. - Paragraph 1.2.1/T.390 (SF, D, A) After termination of the text call to the telex subscriber, a notification cal

As a basic requirement these notifications must be stored in a non-volatile memory and shown to the user when requested. If the Teletex terminal
29、 is able to process these control documents the relevant information may be made available to the user by other means (e.g. communications log). -Paragraph 2.11T.390 (DK, N, E) During calls to or from the CF the Teletex terminal must not try to initiate Two Way Simultaneous (TWS) mode of communicati

Since the telex answerback is not converted into the Teletex format, it must not be checked in the Teletex term

Therefore a called terminal shall never perform a conformity check of the format of the TID. A calling terminal shall not perform such a check if it establishes a submission call to th
