、Teil 1 : Warmgefertigte Rohre fr hydraulische Anlagen, 1 O0 bar bis 500 bar In keeping with current practice in standards published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), a comma has been used throughout as the decimal marker. Foreword This standard has been prepared by the Arb
、eitsausschuss Rohrverschraubungen (Technical Committee on Compression Couplings). See Supplement 1 to this standard for design principles. Products as in this edition are compatible with products in accordance with the previous edition. Amendments This standard differs from the November 1974 edition
、 as follows. a) The standard now covers tubes rated for 1 O0 bar to 500 bar. b) There is no longer a differentiation between water-based and oil-based fluid power systems, and dimensions have been specified for a pressure surge of 60 bar in all cases. c) Dimensions are specified for two load cases i
、nvolving different stress amplitudes. d) Design calculations were based on DIN 2413-1. e) The standard has been editorially revised. 6、ing. Such tubes are primarily used in high-pressure fluid power systems rated for pressures up to 500 bar. Outside diameters and wall thicknesses have been taken from DIN V ENV 10220, and are identical to those in DIN 2448. Tubes in accordance with tables 1 and 2 of this standard are designed to res

For other service conditions, the design principles described in Supplement 1 to this standard are to be used to determine the appropriate dimensions, for instance, for a higher PN value. The usual allowances are to be made when designing bends.
