5、f application The start of application of this standard is 1 February 2011. National foreword This standard includes safety requirements. This standard has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 151 “Construction equipment and building material machines Safety” (Secretariat: DIN, Germany). The

6、responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering Standards Committee), Working Committee NA 060-13-10 AA Betonsteinmaschinen of Section Bau- und Baustoffmaschinen. Representatives of manufacturers and users of concrete block making mach

7、ines, and of the employers liability insurance associations contributed to this standard. This standard contains specifications meeting the essential requirements set out in Annex I of the new “Machinery Directive”, Directive 2006/42/EC, and which apply to machines that are either first placed on th

8、e market or commissioned within the EEA. This standard serves to facilitate proof of compliance with the essential requirements of the directive. Once this standard is cited in the Official Journal of the European Union, it is deemed a “harmonized” standard and thus, a manufacturer applying this sta

9、ndard may assume compliance with the requirements of the Machinery Directive (“presumption of conformity”). Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. DIN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent r

The machinery concerned and the extent to which hazards, hazardous situation and events are covered are

32、indicated in the scope of this document. When provisions of this type C document are different from those, which are stated in type A or B documents, the provisions of this type C document take precedence over the provisions of the other documents, for machines that have been designed and built acco

33、rding to the provisions of this type C document. This document specifies the additional requirements to and/or the deviations from EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 specific for the pipe prestressing machines as defined in Clause 3. With the aim of clarifying the intentions of the document it should be notice

34、d that the following assumptions were made when producing it: specific conditions of use or environmental conditions out of the scope of the document shall be the subject of negotiations between the manufacturer and the user/owner, the equipment will only be used by competent and designated persons,

35、 the place of use/installation is adequately lit, all operations are carried out by specially trained operators.“ DIN EN 12629-5-3:2011-02 EN 12629-5-3:2003+A1:2010 (E) 4 1 Scope 1.1 !This part of EN 12629, taken together with EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010, applies to pipe prestressing machines as defined

36、 in Clause 3. EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 specifies general requirements applicable to machines for the manufacture of constructional products from concrete and calciumsilicate. This document specifies the additional requirements to and/or the deviations from EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 specific to the mach

37、ines it covers.“ 1.2 !This European Standard deals with all significant hazards pertinent to these machines, when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4).
