5、Sekretariat vom NEN (Niederlande) gehalten wird, erarbeitet. Das zustndige deutsche Normungsgremium ist der Gemeinschaftsarbeitsausschuss NA 052-02-71 GA Intelligente Verkehrssysteme“ des DIN-Normenausschusses Automobiltechnik (NAAutomobil). Das Prsidium des DIN hat mit seinem Beschluss 1/2004 festg

6、elegt, dass von dem in den Regeln der europischen Normungsarbeit von CEN/CENELEC verankerten Grundsatz, wonach Europische Normen in den drei offiziellen Sprachen Deutsch, Englisch und Franzsisch verffentlicht werden, in begrndeten Ausnahmefllen abgewichen und auf die deutsche Sprachfassung verzichte

7、t werden kann. Die Genehmigung dafr hat die DIN-Geschftsleitung entsprechend ihren in Anlage 1 zu dem DIN-Rundschreiben A 5/2004 festgelegten Kriterien fr die vorliegende Norm auf Antrag des NA 052 NAAutomobil als Ergebnis einer Einzelfallentscheidung erteilt, zumal bereits dieser Norm zugrunde lieg

8、ende Papiere berwiegend in englischer Sprache auch von den deutschen Marktteilnehmern angewendet werden. Fahrzeuginterne Einrichtungen (OBE), die auf satellitengesttzter Positionierung zur Datensammlung fr Gebhrenerhebung zur Straennutzung dienen, werden autonom gegenber der Straenrandinfrastruktur

9、betrieben. Die OBE zeichnet dabei die gefahrene Entfernung in einem mautpflichtigen Gebiet auf. Dieser technische Standard definiert Anforderungen an die DSRC (en: dedicated short-range communication) zwischen OBE und einem Fragesteller zur Einhaltungsprfung der Straennutzung in einem Mautregime. Es

10、 basiert auf einer Gebhrenerhebungsarchitektur nach ISO 17573. nderungen Gegenber DIN CEN ISO/TS 12813 (DIN SPEC 91160):2011-07 wurden folgende nderungen vorgenommen: a) berfhrung in eine Europische Norm; b) Adaption der Verweisungen, Begrifflichkeiten und Abkrzungen an die Anforderungen; c) Neue At

11、tribute wurde ergnzt; d) Ergnzungen, um nderungen der zugrundeliegenden Normen, speziell EN ISO 14906 und EN 15509 zu bercksichtigen; e) Neue informative Anhnge (z. B.
