DIN 50115 has bee
7、n partially replaced by DIN EN ISO 148-1, which has integrated the determination of lateral expansion and per cent shear fracture (dull). The responsible German body, Working Group NA 062-01-44 AA, decided to publish the remaining technical information specified in DIN 50115 and not yet included in
8、DIN EN ISO 148-1 or DIN EN ISO 14556 as a Supplement to DIN EN ISO 148-1, and not as a residual standard. The standard DIN EN ISO 148-1 specifies general information on test pieces. This document does not stipulate the use of specific test pieces, but is intended to give the user an informative over
9、view. Amendments This standard differs from DIN 50115:1991-04 as follows: a) specific test pieces are no longer stipulated, but included as an informative overview; b) only the special test pieces DVM and DVMK are included; c) the determination of lateral expansion is dealt with in DIN EN ISO 148-1;
10、 d) the determination of the per cent shear fracture (dull) is dealt with in DIN EN ISO 148-1; e) the standard has been editorially revised.
