8、 1 Scope This International Standard specifies the nominal dimensions and limit deviations of flap wheels with shaft for use on hand-held grinding machines. It also specifies the designation and marking of the flap wheels. 2 Requirements See Figure 1 and Table 1. 3 Designation Flap wheels with shaft
9、s conforming to this International Standard shall be designated by a) “Flap wheel with shaft”, b) reference to this International Standard, i.e. ISO 3919, c) the diameter of the flap wheel, D, in millimetres, d) the width of the flap wheel, T, in millimetres, e) the shaft diameter, Sd, in millimetre
10、s, f) the length of the shaft, L, in millimetres. EXAMPLE A flap wheel with shaft, with diameter D = 60 mm, width T = 20 mm, shaft diameter Sd= 6 mm and L = 40 mm is designated as follows: Flap wheel with shaft ISO 3919 - 60 20 6 40 4 Marking Flap wheels with shaft shall be marked with the following
