26、lowsthetestspecimenstobeinsertedintoholdingclamps,convenientlyand withoutdisturbingthetestspecimensbefore,duringorafterremoval.Thetestrigshallbecapableoftestinga numberoftestspecimenssimultaneouslyandshallnotbesignificantlyaffectedbythefailureofoneormoretest specimens. Thetestingrigshallhavethefollo

27、wingcharacteristics: bemotordriventhroughpositivedriveswithoutsliporsignificantbacklash,sothatcyclesofextensionand compressionarecarriedoutsteadilyandautomatically; becapableofmovingthetestspecimenssmoothlyandlinearly,sothattheiralignmentismaintainedatall timeswithoutsubjectingthemtotorsion,bending,

28、shock,orsignificantvibration; underthespecifiedconditionsinclause8; becapableofmeasuringandrecordingthechangesinforcewithanuncertaintyofmeasurementof2%after applicationofthemaximumtensileforcetoeachsystem.EN138807:2003(E) 5 NOTE Testingmayalsobecarriedoutatdifferingratiosoftemperature,deformationand

29、movementinaccordancewiththe sealantmanufacturersrecommendationsprovidedthatthecriteriaarewithinthecapabilitiesofthetestrigdescribedabove. 5.2 Climatechamber, capableofreducingorraisingthetemperatureofafullcomplementoftestspecimens tothespecifiedtemperaturethroughouttheperiodofexamination. 32、shallhaveamoisturecontentwithinthelimitsof(5,0 0,5)%. 6.3 Useasuitablemouldtoplacetwotestblocksexactlyoppositeeachotherforajointwidthof(12,0 0,5)mm. 6.4 Ifaprimerisused,applyittothesawntestfacesofthetestblocksinaccordancewiththemanufacturers instructions. 6.5 Placeatopmaskonthemouldsothatthejointcan

33、beoverfilledwhenthetestsampleinpouredintoit. 6.6 Anyadheringofthetestsampletothebordersofthejointshallbeavoided. 6.7 Allowthetestspecimenstocoolatlaboratorytemperaturefor2hafterwhichremovetheexcesstestsample usingaheatedknifesothatthetestspecimensareflushwiththesurfaceofthetestblocks. 6.8 Threetests
