This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publi
14、cation of an identical text or by endorsement at the latest by July 1997, and conflicting national standards shali be withdrawn at the latest by July 1997. 16、al condition of the material: - the designation of the duminium and aluminium alloy; - the metallurgical condition for delivery (as cast or homogenized); c) the number of this European Standara d) the dimensions of the product (thickness, width, length, diameter); e) quantity and, where applicable,
17、tolerances on quantity (see 6.6); f) any requirements for inspection documents; g) any special requirements agreed between the purchaser and supplier, e.g. requirement for degassing, filtration 5 Requirements 6.1 Production and manufacturing processes The production and manufacturing processes shall
18、 be left to the discretion of the producer. Unless it is explicitly stated otherwise in the order, no obligation shall be placed on the producer to use the same processes for subsequent and sllnilas orders. 5.2 Quality control The supplier shall be responsible for the performance of all inspection a
19、nd tests required by the relevant European Standard or specifcation, prior to shipment of the product. If the purchaser wishes to inspect the product at the suppliers works, he shall notify the supplier at the time of placing the order. 6.3 Chemical composition The chemical composition shall comply
20、with the requirements given in EN 573-3. If the purchaser requires content hits for elements not specified in the above standard, these limits shall be stated on the order, after agreement between purchaser and supplier. 5.4 Surface quality 6.4.1 Surface roughness The surface roughness of the produc
21、t shall, where applicable, be agreed between purchaser and supplier and stated on the order. 22、quently produced. Whilst an operation designed to mask a defect shall not be permissible, the elimination of a superficial surface defect shail be pennissible, provided that the dimensional tolerances are observed. 6.5 Tolerances on dimensions and form %lemces on dimensions and form shall comply wit
23、h EN 604-2. The purchaser may only reject those products having dimensions not complying with the specified tolerances. 5.6 Tolerances on quantity The tolerances on quantity shall be +2i % unless otherwise agreed between purchaser and supplier. 5.7 Internal quality The product shall be free from int
24、ernal defects which may be detrimental to the quality of forgings subsequently produced. if special inspections or tests are required, these shall be agreed between purchaser and supplier. 6 lst method 6.1 Sampling 6.1.1 Chemical analysis The test piece for chemical analysis shall be taken at the ti
25、me of casting. The shape and condition of production (mould design, cooling rate, mass, etc.) of the test piece shall be so designed that the composition is homogeneous and be suitable for the method of analysis. 6.1.2 Number of test pieces At least one test piece shall be taken to represent each ca
26、st. 6.2 Test procedure 6.2.1 Chemical composition Methods of analysis shall be at the discretion of the supplier. In case of dispute concerning the chemical composition, reference analysis shall be carried out by the methods agreed between purchaser and supplier and the resdts obtained by these meth
27、ods shall be accepted If the check analysis is to be made on the cast product, as supplied, the possibility of segregation effects shall be recognized, particularly in the thicker cross-sections. In such instances, the location of the sample for check analysis shall be subject to prior agreement bet
28、ween purchaser and supplier. 6.2.2 Measurement of dimensions The dimensions shall be measured by means of measuring insments which are of the acc- required by the dimensions and dimensional tolerances. All dimensions shail be checked at the ambient temperature of the workshop or laboratory, and, in
29、case of dispute, at a temperature between 15 “C and 25 “C inclusive. 6.2.3 Surface roughness Where specified surface roughness measurement shall be carried out using a method agreed between purchaser and supplier. 6.2.4 Sutface finish Examination of surface appearance shall be carried out without th
30、e assistance of magnifyhg appamtus, on products before delivery. 7 Inspection documents 7.1 General If requested by the purchaser on the order, the supplier shall provide one of more of the following documents as applicable. These inspection documents are based on EN 10204 with modifications due to
31、the specific needs of aluminium and aluminium alloys. The requirements of 3.1.A, 3.1.B, 3.1.C are in conformity with EN 10204. The requirements of 7.2, 7.2.1, 7.2.2 and 7.3 are specific to aluminium products. 7.2 Documents established on the basis of inspections and tests performed by qualified pers
32、onnel who are involved in the manufacturing process and/or belong to the quality control department 7.2.1 Certcate of corlformity Document by which the producer certifies that according to inspections and results of representative tests the products for delivery comply with the relevant standards an
33、d with the additional requirements in the order, if any 7.2.2 Test report Document by which the producer certifies that the products for delivery comply with the requirements specified on the order. This document details the results of the current production controls caxried out on identical product
34、s made using the me method as the products for delivery but not necessarily on the products for delivery themselves. 35、ified personnel organizationally independent from the manufacturing department, according to the requirements specified on the order and carried out on the products for delivery or on the relevant inspection lot Inspection certificates in accordance with EN 10204: - 3.1.A : certificate issued and va
36、lidated by an inspector designated by the official regulations, in accordance with these and the corresponding technical rules; - 3.1.B : certificate issued by the department independent of the manufacturing department and validated by an authorized representative of the producer independent of the
37、manufacturing - 3.1.C : certificate issued and validated by an authorized representative of the purchaser, in accordance with the specications of the order. O department; O BSI 1997 8 Marking Markhg of products shall be undertaken oniy when agreed upon between purchaser and suppiier and stated on th
38、e order or drawing. This marking shall not adversely affect the final use of the product. 9 Packaging Unless otherwise specified in European Standards relating to special products or specified in the order, the mode of packaging shall be determined by the supplier who shall take all suitable precaut
39、ions to ensure that, under the usual conditions of transportation, the products are delivered in a condition suitable for use. 10 Arbitration In cases of dispute concerning conformity with the requirements of this standard or specification cited on the order, before rejecting the products, testing s
40、hall be carried out by an arbitrator chosen by mutual agreement between purchaser and supplier. The arbitrators decision shall be final.
