24、icbeakerandmixwellusingaspatula. Thequantityofthecarbonblackpigmentpreparationshallbesuchthatthesheetproducedhasareflectionvalueof between30%and60%. 6.1.2 Tworollmillingat(1605)C Themixisplacedonthetworollmill,therollsurfacesofwhichhavebeenadjustedtoatemperatureof(160 5)C.Atemperaturedifferencebetwe
25、entherollsispermissibleifitiswithintheselimits.Theamountofmixis judgedsothatonceamilledsheethasformedthereisalwaysarotatingbankofmoltenmaterialinthegap betweentherolls.Thegapbetweentherollsistobeadjustedsothatthemilledsheethasauniformthicknessof 0,4mmto0,5mm. Thesheetisformedinsuchawaythatthewholeof
26、thematerialformsacontinuoussheetonthefrontroll.During therollingprocess,themilledsheetshallbecontinuouslyturnedoverorremovedandreapplied,soastogive thoroughmixing. Afterthemixhasbeenapplieditshouldbeworkedfor200rollrevolutions.Therollingtimeshallbeatleast5min andnotexceed10min. Themilledsheetisthend
