Thedate of applicability of EN 14992 as a harmonized European Standard, i.e. thedate after which this standard may be used for CE marking purposes, is subjectto an announcement in the Official Journal of the European Communities.The Commission in consultation with Member State

5、s has agreed a transitionperiod for the co-existence of harmonized European Standards and theircorresponding national standard(s). It is intended that this period willcomprise a period, usually nine months, after the date of availability of theEuropean Standard, during which any required changes to

6、nationalregulations are to be made, followed by a further period, usually of 12 months,for the implementation of CE marking. At the end of this co-existence period,the national standard(s) will be withdrawn.EN 14992 is the subject of transitional arrangements agreed under theCommission mandate. In t

7、he UK, there are no corresponding nationalstandards.This publication does not purport to include all the necessary provisions of acontract. 20、ing party appointed by the Liaison Group CEN/TC 229-TC250, particularly for its compatibility with structural Eurocodes. 32、A1:2012 (E) 5 Introduction The evaluation of conformity given in this standard refers to the completed precast elements which are supplied to the market and covers all the production operations carried out in the factory. For design rules reference is made to EN 1992-1-1. Additional complementary ru

33、les are provided where necessary. 34、bres covered by European Standards) may be used.“ !These wall elements“ may have external wall functions (see 3.11) or not, have facing functions (see 3.12) or not or have a combination of these functions. External wall functions could be: thermal insulation (see 3.11.1); sound insulation (see 3.11.

35、2); hygrometric control (see 3.11.3); or a combination of these. They may be plain, reinforced or prestressed. They may be loadbearing or not. These include: solid walls; composite walls; sandwich walls; lightened walls; claddings. The wall element may also work as a column or beam. 2 Normative refe
