28、vIntroductionCylinders intended to contain compressed, liquefied or dissolved gas under pressure are fitted with accessories(valves, straight or angle fittings) to allow release of and refilling with gas. Hereinafter, the term “valve” applies tosuch accessories.The connection between cylinder and va
