23、ommunications Technical Specification (GTS) has been produced by the Special Mobile Group (SMG) Technical Committee (TC) of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI). This GTS identifies the Mobile-services Switching Centrdlntetworking functions (MSCAWFs) and requirements to support
24、 interworking between: i) PLMNandPSTN ii) PLMNandISDN within the digital cellular telecommunications system (Phase UPhase 2+).
