27、agement information to one or several IRPManagers concerning GERAN resources. The GERAN NRM IRP comprises a set of specifications defining Requirements, a protocol neutral Information Service and one or more Solution Set definitions. The present document specifies the Solution Set definitions for th

28、e GERAN NRM IRP.
