29、ns as well as support object classes, attributes and relations that can be communicated between the Service Provider in the RPT and one or several Service Consumers in the NM. This document specifies the semantics and behaviour of management operations, support object classes, attributes and relatio

30、ns visible across the reference point in a protocol and technology neutral way. It does not define their syntax and encoding.
