SCOPE The material defined by this specification is an acid catalyst solution incorporated to convert standard bake high solids, low VOC thermoset bas

3、ecoat/clearcoat enamels to low bake repair coatings. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used to catalyze enamel for in-plant low bake repair of previously painted exterior vehicle surfaces. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material specification requirements are to be used for ini

4、tial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 SPECIFIC GRAVITY, 25/25 C 0.840 - 0.865 (ASTM D 891) 3.2 ACID NUMBER 170 - 180 (
