SCOPE The materials defined by these specifications are a refined, middle distillate, petroleum product. 2. APPLICATION These specifications were released originally for low su

3、lfur diesel fuels used in high speed automotive diesel engines, etc. 3. REQUIREMENTS This material must meet the low sulfur diesel fuel requirements of ASTM D 975 Standard Specification for Diesel Fuel Oils, plus the following 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and

4、 part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 7、itor, dehazer, dispersant, dye, metal deactivator, pour point depressant, cetane improver, or biocide. 3.10 CERTIFICATION Supplier shall certify that the gasoline is a formula that has been tested and meets Ford Motor Company requirements as stated in this specification. Technical evidence of these

8、data and manufacturing limits must be tabulated on the attached form. This certification shall be by the suppliers Director of Research or other authorized official and submitted to the responsible Ford purchasing activity. This information will then be forwarded to the materials activity of the Eng

9、ine Product Engineering office or to the product engineering office responsible for source approval. 5. GENERAL INFORMATION The information given below is provided for clarification and assistance in meeting the requirements of this specification. 5.1 FLAMMABILITY This material represents a potentia

10、l fire hazard. The Manufacturing Engineering Department or other responsible activity shall notify both the Security and Safety Units of its presence to assure that proper fire precautions are provided. The location in which it is used or stored shall be included in the notifications. 5.2 SAMPLING A
