SCOPE The material defined by this specification is a grease consisting of a uniform blend of refined synthetic oil, synthetic thickener, rust and oxidation inhibitors. 2.

3、 APPLICATION This specification was released originally for grease used to lubricate bearings in the alternator. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M

4、99P1111-A). 3.2 PENETRATION 285 - 295 (ISO 2137/ASTM D 217, worked 60 strokes) 3.3 DROPPING POINT, min None (ASTM D 2265) 3.4 COMPOSITION 3.4.1 PTFE Thickener 30 - 40% (Supplier certification required) 3.4.2 Synthetic Oil, Perfluoro Balance (including Polyether Type oil soluble inhibitors) 3.4.2.1 V
