REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.2 COMPOSITION 3.2.1 Vehicle The vehicle shall consist of an ethyl ce
4、llulose modified with a resin of the phthalic alkyd oxidizing type. 3.2.2 Pigments The pigment shall be balanced and blended so that the finished enamel matches the Ford Motor Company master panel in color and the requirements of this specification for durability. 3.2.3 Solvent The solvent shall ave

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES 3.3.1 Non-Volatile Solids, min 20% (FLTM BI 102-01) 3.3.2 Resistance to Fade (FLTM BN 1-1) This ink when applied to a plastic part shall fade no more than the master sample approved for production on file in the Quality Control of Test Laboratory after 120 SFH.
