APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as hardener for two pack water based primer ESK-M6J171-A. 3. REQUIREMENTS Material spec
3、ification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.3 COMPOSITION Isocyanate 3.4 NON-VOLA
4、TILE, min 99% 3.5 STORAGE STABILITY 90 days During a storage between 5 and 32 C, the material shall not change properties. The aged material must meet all specification requirements. 3.6 MIXING RATIO Mixing ratio with 2K primer ESK-M6J171-A as specified by the supplier. 3.7 QUALITY When 2K primer ESK-M6J171-A is used in combination with this hardener, the resulting primer must meet all requirements of the Primer Material Specification.
