APPLICATION This material is used as hardener for the stone peck resistant repair material SK-M99J9589-C. 3. REQUIREMENTS Ma
3、terial specification requirements are to be used for initial qualification of materials. 3.0 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.1 COMPOSITION 3.1.1 Vehicl
4、e Modified toluylendiisocyanate (reaction product of toluylendiisocyanate with trimethylolpropene). Content of monomeric toluylendiiscyanate based in solids: maximum 0.7%. No other isocyanates than toluylendiisocyanate. 3.1.2 Toxicity Contents of toxic components, e.g. benzene, chlorinated hydrocarb
5、ons, lead compounds, free isocyanate etc., shall conform to the safety regulations currently prevailing in the plant or country where the material shall be used. A vendor intending to deliver material according to this specification but containing toxic components within or not within safety rules h
6、as to advertise this in detail to the appropriate department of the plant concerned to enable this department to take actions as necessary. 3.1.3 Mixing Ratio with SK-M99J9589-C As specified by the vendor, preferably 3:1 (by weight). 8、eport as approved +/- 10 seconds. 3.2.3 Flash Point The flash point shall conform to the safety regulations applicable to the plant where the material shall be used. 3.2.4 Shelf Stability During a storage of 6 months at room temperature the material as received shall not gel or liver upon standing. The viscosity of the material shall not increase in excess of 10 seconds when tested according to FLTM BI 102-03.
