2、, WARP KNIT, WSS-M1H1231-A2 UNLAMINATED 1. SCOPE The material defined is a warp knit polyester face fabric. Material conforming to WRS-M1H1231-A contains 27% PIR/PCR (Post industrial/post consumer) recycled yarn. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as an inter

3、ior trim fabric for C520 2012 seat insert and bolster. The fabric was originally approved as trilaminated with foam and backing fabric/scrim. 3. REQUIREMENTS In addition to the requirements listed herein, the fabric shall meet all requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4 as applicable. 3.1 STANDARD REQ

4、UIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). Materials with recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2 (Textile Materials, Identification of Recycled Content) should be used wh

5、enever technically feasible. 3.1.1 WRS-M1H1231-A This specification must contain 27% recycled content as defined by WRS-M99P42-A2. The remaining portion of the material can come from virgin sources. 3.1.2 WSS- M1H1231- A2. This specification is based on virgin materials. 3.2 FABRIC CONSTRUCTION 3.2.

The fabric must also meet the requirements of WSS-M8P18-A1/A2/A3/A4. 4.3 Global strategy for this fabric is to use Tri-Laminate/foam & scrim construction in all regions
